1. Digital product
The ₹99 Online Earning Roadmap is a digital product. Access is delivered online through Superprofile immediately after successful payment. Because digital content cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final once access has been delivered.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment).
- Money was debited from your account but you did not receive access, and our team could not provide access within 48 hours of your complaint.
- A technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the content and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
3. When refunds are not given
- You have accessed or viewed the roadmap content.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not achieve a particular income or result. Earnings depend on individual effort and are not guaranteed.
- The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@a2zhosting.shop within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your name, and the email address and phone number used for payment
- Payment date and transaction / order ID
- The reason for the request (and a screenshot of the debit, if applicable)

5. Processing time
We respond to every request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5 to 7 working days. The exact time for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
Since access is delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled after successful payment. If a payment fails or is pending, no charge is made by us; any amount held by your bank is usually reversed automatically by the bank.
